- Negotiation and implementation of several international aviation supply and services contracts with foreign military’s for helicopter overhauls to be done by a company based in Canada. Overseeing all aspects of the contracts inclusive of the terms & conditions of maintenance and overhaul and, all the financial transactions necessary to complete the contracts in an international setting.

- Project management of a special “Lift Access Control” contract for the international ski resort company, Intrawest Resorts. The purpose of this contract was to define a mechanism to obtain or renew resort access tickets remotely and provide improved lift access across all resorts. Contract delivered on time with all requested elements including a description of a novel automated gating system, invented by Hotstart personnel, which would decrease personnel requirements, increase ski hill utilization though non-impeded access, and provide “run of the hill daily vertical measuring”. Also identified was a ubiquitous public access ticketing methodology.

- An extensive background investigation and company implementation specifics for a new venture taking advantage of soon to be implemented changes in Canadian food labeling requirements

- In conjunction with an international team of management personnel the evaluation of possible sites for offshore assembly and ingeneration capabilities for specific target products. Five programs were identified for implementation over three to five years with projected saving of $8,000,000 USD on revenues of $100,000,000 for the target products.

- Facilitating the development and operational aspects of an after market helicopter parts and accessories distributorship targeting helicopter companies throughout Canada and the Northwestern United States. Inclusive of the ongoing management of an inventory, sales, and shipping system.

- Project management of the collaboration between two fortune 150 companies on a joint Six Sigma / Lean Manufacturing initiative to provide 95% On Time Delivery (up from a historical value of less than 70%) on a product line generating an $8,000,000 annual revenue stream. 95% goal was achieved.

- Facilitating the development, operational aspects and commissioning of custom multilayer Thick Film processing labs.

- Overseeing the optimization of an assembly operation initially running with 189 people across three shifts to 79 people on two shifts. for an annual salary saving of 3.5MM USD, while increasing total output by 20% and reducing defects by 15%.

- Facilitating the development and operational aspects of a television, video & radio production company which focuses on television commercials for local advertisers, and promotional/instructional videos from conception to distribution.
