A 27 year veteran of the technology industry, Carl has a strong history of entrepreneurial business leadership, excellent project development and embedded system design skills and a commitment to ethical business practices. His intuitive problem solving and creative energy has been used to develope innovative designs and take companies from just ideas to public entities. Carl has a B.Sc. (Hons) Physics, from the University of British Columbia, Vancouver B.C., and a Masters of Applied Science in Electronic Engineering, from Carleton University, Ottawa, Ontario

Lewis has twenty plus years of management experience that encompasses Plant, Site, Operational, Engineering, Outsourcing, International, Material Optimization, Production Efficiency, Six Sigma, Technology, Lab and Material Management roles. He has tranisitioned high tech manufacturing plants to new locations, set up offshore manufacturing capability and managed several engineering and test teams, who developed and installed custom machinery and robotics, optimized manufacturing processes and streamlined operations for a large volume product suite. This was executed across six cities, in three countries and five manufacturing plants. Throughout his career he has had the opportunity to originate, initiate, and implement a variety of programs in numerous arenas - technology , facility, human development, ISO, environmental, health and safety.

Rory has been involved in the Aviation industry in numerous capacities for the last 24 years. He has negotiated and implemented international aviation supply and services contracts for helicopter overhauls. He has also been in active in the heli logging industry overseeing the full cycle of accounting and the financial control for all related companies as well as the coordination of new technologies to increase efficiency and improve financial analysis. His responsibilities have included international equipment sourcing, lease management, corporate financing and operations management in the Resource sector.
